We trialed Shafia for a full time nanny position. She had great energy, was unphased by our big dogs, and balanced handling our twins with care. We were ready to hire her full time but she felt it wasn't a good fit for what she was looking for and left two hours early (after going through the paid trial for 3 hours). I appreciate that she didn't stay the full time if she knew it wasn't a fit (would have been nice if she washed the rest of the bottles though). She was really great with our babies, so if she finds the right family my had an initial impression was that she'd be great.
