About Shana

Hi! My Name is Shana, I'm a childcare provider who's been caring for children of all ages for the past three years. Currently I am a BHT. I work with children with autism and other special needs. Through those experiences, I realized how much I enjoyed providing a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I have a natural ability to connect with children. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated on their child's day. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. As for activities, I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles, with children. I have some college education under my belt and have completed CPR training and First Aid certification, as well as all of my child clearances.
