I'm a mom of two children in their low 20s, previous teacher (including for children with special needs), school counselor, counselor & coach for young/adults, and author. I'm a very compassionate, patient woman who is creative, loves to have fun with children, and enjoys anything educational. As a counselor, I am trained in modalities such as: meditation, breath work, and mindfulness - if you'd like me to teach such practices to your child(ren), I'd be happy to. I'm able to do light housework, prep meals, teach/tutor, and provide emotional support if desired. I completed a 6 month position caring for an adorable 1 1/2 yo boy and a 9 month care position for 2 vivacious, loving sisters ages 2 and 3. We were very active together: playing inside and outside, going to museums and play places, practicing educational concepts like letter and number recognition and building vocabulary, & even light baking.
