Shauna cared for my 98 year old mother with patience, kindness, a sense of humor, and a thoroughly professional manner. She was consistently energetic, positive and truly interested in my mother. Despite my mother's initial resistance to her need for daily care and thus to her caregiver, Shauna won her over and they developed a friendship. Shauna proved herself to be trustworthy on a deep level. She was truly a gift to my mother.
