Shaunjaya seemed really interested in the job as we have communicated a number of times. We scheduled an interview, she agreed and confirmed that she would be able to meet. After 15mins of her never arriving at our scheduled time and location, she never reached out to advise she would not be able to make it or if she was simply no longer interested. Just a huge waste of time and an inconvenience.
