About Shawna

I am a certified Mastery level Transformational Life Coach and Health Coach and also a certified yoga and meditation teacher. While I do not have specific certification as a tutor, I do have experience working with children ages 5 - 12 years old, as a distance learning specialist / Zoom classroom coordinator. My most recently acquired title stemmed from working with a family over the past school year, whose children were attending school remotely, due to the Covid pandemic. I understand the challenges of working with kids who are not motivated to write, and I possess the skills to creatively and patiently encourage and inspire them to share their ideas on the page. I am also a mom to three grown kids, my youngest graduated high school in June, my eldest was recently engaged in July. I appreciate the importance of acquiring good writing skills early on, as it is the foundation of success in education and in life.
