We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Shawn to my father. He worked with us from March 2024 to June 2024. As someone who could no longer walk, my father needed extensive assistance with various tasks, and Shawn managed everything with remarkable positivity and understanding. He was meticulous in bathing and cleaning my father, provided essential help with physical therapy, and took great care in managing wounds. Shawn also helped with bathroom care, getting my father out of bed, into a chair, attended in house appointments, and prepared food and drink when necessary. Beyond his technical skills, he was a wonderful companion, offering comfort and conversation during a challenging time. His willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to my father's needs demonstrated his dedication and professionalism. Shawn was always accessible, cooperative, and showed genuine concern for my father's well-being. His positive attitude, his empathetic and compassionate nature were truly comforting. I wholeheartedly recommend Shawn to anyone in need of compassionate, skilled, and attentive care. We would use Shawn again.
