About Shayleena

Hello my name is Shayleena ( AKA Shay ) I am 25 years old and currently working as a cake decorator however would love to also care and work with children. I have been a caretaker for many years with experience with my two younger siblings who I helped care for when my parents needed help. I also worked in a child care for years where I worked with different ages such as babies and toddlers. With that experience I also have a few years of experience with elders. My grandpa had an accident where he needed extensive help and I became his caregiver for years. With that experience I also do have training in CPR and first aid. I was also a basketball coach for middle school boys and girls. I am very patient when it comes to kids and I put in all the effort when it comes to caregiving because I would want that respect and kindness for my own family. I also have a bachelors in art which helps when it comes to activities and the creative side to kids which I believe is very important.
