About Shelby

Hello! I'm Shelby, i'm 20 years old, and a current full-time Anthropology student at the University of Utah! A little bit about me: i'm a huge nerd, and will talk to your kiddos about anything they love (because I probably love it too), I love wearing funny earrings, I love travel, animals are my favorite (cats, dogs, frogs, snakes, etc)! I love kids so much, and i'm so great with them! I find that most of the time through caregiving jobs for me it's more like making best friends with little kids, rather than being just their babysitter. That being said, i'm also really great with being safe and following rules, while also keeping a fun and exciting environment. I spent many years as a lifeguard, and i'm CPR certified. I also spent three summers as a camp counselor at Gymnastics Training Center, so I know all the fun activities and tricks to safely handling many kids at once.
