I am a former Montessori teacher for ages 3-6 turned stay at home mom to my sweet boy born in March 2024. While I absolutely love being a stay at home mom I am missing the excitement of teaching! I'm looking for a position that would welcome my years of experience with Montessori education and my baby boy as a built-in BFF! I am a crunchy-ish baby wearing, nursing, low tox, organic mom. You can find us out exploring parks and going to church on the weekends. I have experience as a nanny with multiple age groups and providing homeschool assistance. My experience in the infant/toddler daycare setting gave me the ability to juggle the needs of multiple under-ones. I pride myself on gentle, respectful leadership for littles and finding inventive ways to stay off screens. As a Montessori educated nanny I enjoy teaching self care skills and practical life skills such as independent dressing, toileting, cooking and cleaning. I also love child-led free play!

Shelby was an absolute gift to our family. She was with us for many months caring for our children and helping us home school. Our children adore her and she was more than a childcare provider, she was a teacher, mentor, and friend. I could not be more grateful for our time with her. I had not before met someone who did so much more than just sustaining my child's needs, but truly invested in their minds and hearts.
