About Sheleah

After receiving my BA in Psychology & Creative Writing, I worked in residential treatment PMIC youth ranging from ages 6-17. The clients were diagnosed with a range of disorders that I helped create safety plans, implement the use of coping skills and aided in crisis stabilization. I also received a certification in TIC (Trauma Informed Care). I worked as a Sped teacher briefly then in the social work sector as a care coordinator. I have been nannying for about a year and have many glowing reviews from the families I've served. I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them achieve their full potential. I love helping foster creativity, curiosity and intellect. Getting a chance to be a part of the village that helps raise the next generation, is really what I love most. I am currently looking for a consistent schedule of 20hrs/wk MINIMUM, $25/hr, 6 months MINIMUM contract, PTO/ Sick Days and benefits are preferred but not required. Message me for my resume.
