About Shena

Hi there, my name is Shena and I'm a kind and funny 28-year-old! I started out working in all different types of fields, but kept coming back to childcare because I enjoy it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have volunteer experience with all ages. I'm looking for a position with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $16/hour for one child since I only have volunteer experience and looking into gaining work experience. I have volunteered for families, friends, churches, and neighbors. I am fully vaccinated and have my own car. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing arts&crafts, cooking, playing, encouraging independent time, and outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to cook, watch tvs shows/movies, and play board games with my friends and family.
