I'd describe my personality as compassionate, nurturing, and creative. I love working with kids because I'm passionate about shaping young minds and helping them grow into confident, capable individuals. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing them overcome challenges and realize they can achieve anything they set their minds to. I'm looking for a position with a family that offers clear job expectations and a strong, mutual connection so that the family and I can communicate effectively and work together harmoniously. I've been working with kids since 15 years old. I started as a daycare assistant for a summer youth program. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, trying out new activities with my nieces and nephew. One thing families should know about me is that I've worked with several children with special needs, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and ADHD. My skills include patience , compassionate, and adaptability.
