About Sherri

I am looking to be a companion/helper for a senior care position. I have had many years taking care of people. We had my great aunt live with us for 5 years until she passed in 2022 at the age of 97. I took her to her doctor appts, cooked for her, did her laundry, and did all of her errands. I also took care of my parents until they passed in 2021 and 2023. I helped family friends and people from our church in similar ways. My husband and I did foster care for 20 years and, during that time, had to keep our first aid /CPR certificates and our criminal backgrounds up to date. I enjoyed all of my years with the children but now am looking to continue with helping the seniors because I enjoy their stories and I feel I have learned a lot from them and have built great relationships with them. I would love to continue to do that with others.
