Compassionate, attentive, and patient. Caring for seniors has always been a passion of mine, as I have a deep respect and natural care for the elderly. I love listening to their stories and sharing my own. It brings me joy to see my clients feel better after engaging in light movement or exercise. I believe that even simple exercises, regardless of duration, greatly enhance the quality of life. I'm available to spend a couple of hours a day with clients, depending on the type of training they desire. I've been caring for seniors for the past 25 years, both in individual & group settings, and it's something I'm deeply passionate about. Spending time with seniors is something I truly enjoy. I love spending time with my children. I'm also very active, and I'm fortunate that my husband and kids share this passion for staying fit. One thing to know about me is that I'm extremely responsible, caring, and attentive. My skills include physical care, exercise, companionship, and beauty care.
