About Shimea

As a certified teacher with coursework in early child development, I've been caring for children for over three years. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on their lives and helping them reach their full potential. I'm also the oldest of 10 siblings and have a4-year-old of my own, so I have plenty of experience taking care of children of all ages. I'm a patient, calm, creative, and friendly individual who is very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication with parents and will keep you updated on your child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call, whichever you prefer. I enjoy playing educational games that promote learning and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm confident that I can provide your child with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can thrive.
