Shivangi is great. She was very loving and caring for our son from 8 months old to 2 years old. We relocated to another state so could no longer have her with us but we do miss her a lot. She taught him discipline and figured out ways to get him to eat, which was a challenge for all of us. She was available when we needed her to be. Always on time and would communicate in advance on any changes. Communication is a bit challenging at first but she catches on quick and a little patience will go along way. We felt completely comfortable and safe leaving him in her hands. She is still a part of our lives even after the move.
