About Sofia

-If I had to describe myself in 3 words, I would say I am a considerate, attentive, and kindhearted person. All of those being qualities instilled by my parent and which have come to define my character -I've always enjoyed working with children because of the environment it provides, one that encompasses safety and nurture. Not to mention how rewarding it is to know you've played a role in the development of a child -I grew up in a large family of eight, being an older sister came with the responsibility of caring for my younger siblings. I spent my late teen years being a part time caregiver for my baby brother and toddler sister. All while being a swim instructor for children ages 8 months to 10 years. I also had the amazing opportunity of living in Italy after graduating high school, where I was a part time nanny -Having that experience has aided me in developing qualities such as patience, dependability, and the understanding of the enormous amount of trust being placed by parents
