We hired Solange for a recurring evening transition position three times per week. After one week she quit without notice on a day she had agreed to work, showed up to our home and dropped off the keys and car seat with no explanation when asked. I even followed up with a message asking for feedback in case there was something we were not aware of. No response. Her behavior was unprofessional and reflects poor communication skills.
