About Sophia

Hello! My name is Sophia and I am eager to return to the world of caregiving -- open to children or adults with disabilities -- after spending several years developing my leadership and organizational skills as a supervisor for an artisan bakery. I was certified as a CNA in 2019, & cared for two women with Cerebal Palsy, helping with daily living skills and activities. For 18 months, I provided daily care & supervision for five children, all under the age of nine. My duties included: Prioritizing safety; housecleaning; multi-tasking by doing meal prep, caring for animals and engaging clients in activities; and providing structure and boundaries for a supportive and healthy environment. Serving others brings out the best in me as I am an upbeat, responsible, creative & caring individual. Whether waiting on others at the bakery, or supervising a 5-year-old, I listen to others, give my best and always put energy and enthusiasm into everything I do. Let's aim for a great match!
