I am leaving a review for Stacey based on negotiating in bad faith. We interviewed Stacey and offered her a position as a full time nanny in our home to be started 3 weeks from the time she accepted (based on her request). We were thrilled when she verbally accepted a job offer based on discussions and sent her a contract immediately. After receiving the contract Stacey started dragging her feet, waiting 2-3 days to respond to simple messages. The only point of negotiation was the length of time for a 'severance of convenience', for which we wanted 45 days and she wanted 15. At her request we added a statement on 'at will' employment and dropped to 30 days. However, 10 days after accepting the position she emailed to say this was no longer a good fit with no additional explanation. This has left us in a terrible bind, as we disenrolled our child from daycare based on her verbal acceptance, which she was aware of.
