Stacy has been our nanny for over a year. For my wife and I it is and was about "fit" and how she became apart of our everyday life. She really did an awesome job seeing how we parent our two kids. We have a 3 year old active, vibrant son and a 1.5 year old girl. She listened to my wife and saw how we wanted our children to be looked after, what activities we would like them engaged with when she was with them, and how to care for them when we were working. She was absolutely fantastic. Stacy not only was a great nanny - caring, fun, and the kids loved her - she was the "anchor" when I was traveling for work helping my wife keep everything together during my absence. We requested light housekeeping and never, never had to ask her to assist in keeping the house tidy. She vacuumed, mop floors, did laundry, prepared meals. She was unbelievable. We are relocating to another area and during the time our home was on the market, she was great keeping the house clean and ready to show on a moments notice. She is great with our kids and they are going to miss having her as their nanny. You would be fortunate to have her nanny your kids. She was fair on her hourly rate, flexible when we needed her come early or stay late, and because of that - we valued her and compensated her when we were on vacation so she would give us a long term commitment. She is a great person, caring, and a joy to have a part of your family.
