About Stefanie

I have hands-on experience caring for bed-ridden and immobile patients, in-home hospice, light bathing and personal hygiene, feeding, compassionate companionship, and household organization/cleaning/support. I'm a hospice volunteer, and I've studied end-of-life for the last handful of years. Currently, I care for a rotation of part-time clients in Palm Beach County who represent a variety of needs and capacities. I'm an artist and love to create with people, an animal-person, a nature-enthusiast, and cooking is a great love and passion of mine.

Stefanie has been a wonderful addition to our care team. We provide compassionate 1:1 medical assistance for a woman living with MS. Our responsibilities include assisting our client with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), resulting in an enhanced quality of life. These activities include: Utilizing a Hoyer sling to transfer client to and from bed to power chair. Performing Passive ROM exercises. Maintaining sterile catheter care, including switching from day to night bag; as well as changing and replacing ostomy bag. Additionally we assist with all personal health & hygiene measures such as bathing, dressing, nail and hair inspection, medication administration/ reminders, and nutritional meal preparation. Stefanie joined our team with enthusiasm and with an eagerness to learn. She has become a beloved part of our care team family. Being a Registered Nurse, I am highly impressed with her ability to quickly learn and retain the knowledge and skills that are necessary while providing care to our client. If you need someone to join your caregiving efforts, you will be very blessed and honored as much as we are to have Stef caring for your loved ones.
