As a new mother, I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough. In just a few short weeks, Stephanie had taught me so much more than any book or class, guided me through a daunting phase with my little girl, and truly became a part of the family. My little 3-month-old girl and I went to stay with my Mom in Florida after my husband had to leave for an extended work trip. Since I was still working full-time, I was in desperate need of a nanny to make my time there more manageable. When I was looking for a nanny, I wasn't expecting much more than someone to care for my little one while I worked. But Stephanie completely changed everything for us. We were amazed by the level of expertise and compassion she brought into our lives. Before we left for Florida, we found out E. was drastically underweight and desperately needed more sleep. I had a lot of concerns about bringing her to a new place with these serious issues especially because we hadn’t found any real solutions on how to fix it. But when we brought Stephanie on, she immediately began devising a plan and was determined to find a solution. Two weeks later, Stephanie had done to work to completely and seamlessly change how baby E, slept and ate, adding many much needed hours of good sleep and added an astonishing 15-20 ozs to her daily feeding. Since we hired Stephanie, our baby has been happier, continues to gain weight, and finally sleeps soundly. As a new mother, Stephanie’s compassion, love, and endless knowledge gave me peace of mind while I worked and when I was done working, allowed me to enjoy my time with my baby stress free. We were so impressed by Stephanie that my family jokingly referred to her as a “Baby Scientist”. She made a challenging time much easier, and we can’t thank her enough for everything she did for E. We also genuinely loved spending time with her and she felt like a member of our family by the time we had to leave. If you need a nanny who is patient, kind-hearted, personable, and skilled, we highly recommend Stephanie. She made such a positive impact on our family, and we truly miss her.
