I first had Stephanie come to the house so she can meet the kids and see how the kids felt about her. Knowing how my three-year-old is, (she doesn't do well with people she doesn't know;not worried so much about my other 3 kids)was a big deal for me. When she came over my toddler instantly gravitated towards her and I knew then, she was the one for our family and I didn't need to keep looking. After the first night I was amazed on how well everything went, not a single episode for my child. Stephanie is amazing!!
