My grandmother needed some home care after her stroke. Susan was quick to start with us and very efficient helping my grandmother with daily activities, meals, company, etc. Susan was always friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic and offering to help run errands, cover extra shifts, etc. We would absolutely hire her again if the need was there (We ended up switching my grandmother's care plan).
