About Susan

I'm the Mom of adult children who's had a long career in music spanning from vocal coach; ages 10-50+, to general music in a primary school; grades K-8, to being an operations assistant at a theatre camp; ages 4-14. I've also directed musicals for the past 15 years for children in grades 4-8. I'm looking for a career change, but can't imagine not being around kiddos! I would say my "style" is no-nonsense, but kind and fair. I believe setting clear expectations promotes security and ultimately leaves more room for creativity and fun! I'm looking to work for a family with a similar style to mine, who communicates clearly and is interested in a relationship based on mutual respect.
