I am an energetic baby boomer with two adult children and four grandkids. My husband and I moved to Arizona from CT to be closer to our son. We have a daughter and four grandkids living in Barcelona, Spain. I sold homes for decades In NYC, CT and Boston. During the pandemic, I began home-schooling and babysat two great kids.(5 and 7), since then, I've worked with several families with kids ranging in age from 2 weeks to 9 years. Every age has its own charm;) I'm dependable, nurturing, patient & loving. I try to inspire learning and kindness. I can also plan parties, do personal shopping, run important errands and am happy to help with tidying up and laundry. I am available P/T about 15-25 hrs a week on weekdays and many weekends for date nights. Let's speak and see if I may be of help to your family. Excellent refs. We had Susan nanny for our baby and found her to be a kind, gentle, and trustworthy person. I enjoyed having her around and appreciated that she is observant and intelligent paying attention to when our baby was cold, hungry, had a dirty diaper, or whatever her needs were. She would look up articles on our child’s development stage and issues I was facing with her sleeping. She brought our baby gifts and was flexible with her schedule such as changing times or offering to be more available if we need extra help such as one when my husband was out of town. Even when our child was having a crying fit or fussy, she was always very patient and gentle with her. Susan is a very caring and loving person who cares both about the wellbeing of children and the parents I highly recommend her.
