About Susan

I am trained in art and design, but I have a love of teaching and lifelong learning. I have a curious nature and love exploring and sharing my knowledge with humans of all ages. I have taught art and cooking to elementary aged kiddos. I try to push their creativity and thinking skills. I also have a strong background in working with people with disabilities and elder care. I am personable, responsible, patient, and good under pressure. Although I have no kids or my own, I love being Aunt to my sister's kids and my close girlfriends' kids. I am owned by a tortoiseshell cat. I also have a betta, two sliders and Bud, and a colony of tiny orange Neocaridina shrimp! If you want a sitter with a global worldview, a sense of humor, a love of nature, and a fantastic cook with a clean driving record, look no further. We will also do lots of play outdoors and make fun art and science experiments!
