I am 23 years old and from Marin county California and I have been working with kids for about 9 years now, I work at Marin country club with there youth department when I am home from school. The youth department is putting on events and summer camps from kids ranging from 2-12 years old. I have had many babysitting jobs come from working at the country club, I've babysat kids from 10 months to 13 years old and I have also done many overnights while parents are out of town. Sydney was so sweet and bubbly every interaction we had! She helped with date nights and learned the bedtime routine for our little girl. Unfortunately we had to find a different sitter, due to Sydney saying her phone died and her alarm never went off In time to watch our daughter. This was the 2nd time where a conflict occurred and we couldn't risk a 3rd. I was hesitant to give a review as I don't want to hinder any families from booking with her, however as a parent I would want to know if a sitter has mistakes like this. She was a fun and kind sitter, just not as reliable as we would've liked.
