About Sydney

I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and currently own a small private practice clinic that I work at during the work week. I am seeking to supplement my household income by working part time as a caregiver. I specialize in working with older adults and veterans. I'd describe my personality as warm, empathetic, and chatty. I like caring for seniors because I'm looking for a job that allows me to help people be more active and participate in their community. I started caring for seniors when I became a physical therapist. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my children, spend time outdoors mountain biking or skiing. One thing you should know about me is I believe physical movement and community connection are important parts of aging in place. The more a person can connect with their community the fuller their life will be. My skills include helping people to gain independence with mobility, understanding complex needs, and conversation skills.
