Sylvie is a real life angel. This was our first time hiring a babysitter and we were so nervous at first. But as soon as she walked in, our 22-month old toddler just gravitated to her warm, positive energy and over the next 3 hours he would keep playing, singing and dancing not even realizing that my husband and I had stepped out. He even ended up falling peacefully asleep on her lap before my husband and I even got home. Sylvie gave him his nighttime milk as we requested and kept him hydrated the whole time. She's humble, polite and so friendly. She's also so wise and caring. I would recommend Sylvie a hundred times over, and would absolutely reach out to her for any future childcare needs. She's fantastic, and we are so impressed and pleased with her service.
