Provided care for my elderly parent for the past 10 yrs. I loved them, nurtured them, fed them, clothed them and entertained them as the horrible disease of dementia progressed in our household . I learned about all the behaviors online and experienced them in person. I managed to keep my loved one alive and out of nursing homes till they died at 101 years old.
