About Tammy

I have been blessed for most of my life with the privilege of being a caregiver. I began babysitting as a teen in high school. In college, I earned a BA in Early Childhood and Psychology. After graduation, I spent the following 20 plus years in a variety of Early Childhood teaching and administrative positions. My field of choice has always been working with young children! I am passionate about instilling a great love of learning that I have had all my life. There is nothing more exciting, more endearing and sometimes, more comical than sharing new and fun experiences with young children! I have a nurturing and loving nature and a great love for reading and play. In 2002, I adopted my two children from Russia. However, they are both young adults now and have grown to be quite independent! Rather than returning to the classroom though, I am looking for a smaller, family/home position as a part time nanny. I greatly look forward to my next adventure in Early Childhood!
