Tania is a reliable purpose driven woman who has a lot of integrity and lacks being irresponsible or untrustworthy. Any task or position given not only does she meet expected standard but more then often does she exceed and produce satisfying results. One of her intriguing traits is that she is not very risk taking or short cut type of employee/person. Very much by the book and quite frankly a recommended candidate for any employer interested.
