I'm an experienced childcare provider with a decade of experience caring for children of varying ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, led me to pursue a career as a caregiver. I believe in making a positive impact on children's lives, and my patient and calm personality, combined with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children easily. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in transparency and regular updates. I provide written daily reports and use the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children understand and respect the established boundaries.
