About Tara

Hi! My name is Tara and I currently work as a school counselor. I have some time off this summer, so I am seeking a very part-time summer nanny position. I'm fun-loving, kind, patient, and organized. I love adventuring outdoors, going on bike rides, running, playing soccer, reading, playing games, and doing crafts! I have 10+ years of experience caring for, counseling, teaching and empowering children and youth (ages 4-19). In addition to nannying children after school and being a date-night sitter, I have experience in elementary/middle/high schools, alternative education schools, summer enrichment programs, an Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy clinic, a therapeutic treatment facility for youth, and volunteering in my church's nursery. My education and these diverse experiences have given me a great understanding of the developmental stages children/youth. Caring for children and youth is my passion! And it would be my privilege to work with you to care for your child/children!
