About Tariq

I like working with kids because I always have watched my nieces and nephews. I found that often times kids with a lot of energy are often pushed to the side, and as a kid who had a lot of energy myself I find it very important to engage with these kids and make sure that they don't feel like a burden. I'm looking for a job that will be able to work with my college schedule and allow me to work in a way that won't interfere with my school work. I started working with kids when I've been working with kids since I was about 11, just watching family members children. In my spare time, I like to play football and write. I am currently a journalism student @ the University of Maryland, and I work with the University of Maryland football team. When I'm not working with the football team I am usually trying to find freelance work for journalism. One thing you should know about me is that I am really good with kids 7+ I think I am able to connect with them really well.
