About Taryn

I adore working with kids, I learned early on that office life wasn't for me and pivoted to something I find incredibly rewarding! Since high school I've had experience with children of all ages, from infants to 13 years old. I have been given the opportunity to grow my skill set beyond just caring for children. Over the past 4. 5 years I had a full time nanny/house manager position in Chicago. I started when their oldest was 3mo and their younger two sons were born under me. I specialize in infant and toddler care. I have been able to become a very skilled multi-tasker, with the ability to juggle multiple young children and activities at the same time. I left this position to backpack around the world and become a yoga teacher. I will be returning to Chicago this summer! Being able to make a positive difference in a child's life has changed me for the better. I relish the opportunity to help them make new discoveries of talents and realize they are capable of more than they think.
