One of my first experiences was working on a day care from newborn babies to toddlers, than 2 years with a family of 4 kids from 6m - 11 years old. Since then, I've been doing mostly part time nannying. I love kids of all ages. I believe in honest communication of what's happening even from a small age, patient and in always having fun.

Tayana has been one of the greatest blessings our family could ask for. Being a new parent is challenging enough on its own and looking for someone to care for our son was daunting. We didn’t know what we were looking for or what questions to ask. Tayana made us feel comfortable not knowing. She has a game plan - 1. Care and Compassion, 2. Educate, and 3. Challenge. She is sweet and loving but can be assertive when she needs to be. She is focused and knowledgeable about age appropriate milestones and pushed our son to grow independently. She has truly become a third parent and will be a close friend for years to come. We truly could not have asked for a better caretaker.
