My personality is caring, fun-loving , and perceptive. I find fulfillment in helping children learn and grow. Every child is different, and I love to help each one discover their own strengths and talents, and then nurture those traits through my experienced approach. I value and prioritize the kids' education. I strive for the children to have fun while learning and experiencing new things. The kids should be happy and thriving. I enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that children bring, as well as the opportunity to inspire and guide them through life. I go above and beyond to ensure all children are doing okay and assess if they need any help. I am here for the kids and to assist them with anything they might need. I love asking them a variety of questions to keep them talking. Asking questions is important to see where their head space is at. If they are going through a hard time, then listening is important. It is imperative that I have good communication with the whole family.
