I have over 10 years of experience working with children, and was a nanny for different families for about 6 years and can provide firm references. I have experience with all ages and abilities. Taylor was with our young boys part-time for three months before the pandemic and the boys loved her. We are sad that our time was cut short due to the rules of our living situation. She did a great job of keeping the boys occupied, taking them outside, and engaging them in creative activities. We felt safe knowing the boys were with her. She was always very flexible and willing to help when needed, and communicated in advance if she anticipated a late arrival. The boys are asking right now if I'm writing about Taylor as they see her picture next to this comment.
