We hired her for a full time housekeeping and only kept her for 3 weeks. We didn't have a good experience. 2nd time she cooked for us, she served undercooked meat in the meat sauce pasta. The sauce tasted like raw meat. She didn't know how to operate an iron and told me at the end of the day that she could not iron the garments b/c the iron was broken - she was not adding water to it and when I showed her, the iron worked perfectly. She spent 1h45 at the supermarket to purchase 10 items on her list. I asked her if everything was okay at the supermarket and she said "yes", never offered an explanation for why she was away for almost 2 hours. She was late everyday, never early, never on time, just late 5-10 minutes every single day. She also left my house one day when I asked her to stay since my daughter was coming back earlier from school in the bus. Doris left and my daughter had to go back in the bus and wait for all the bus drop offs to arrive home. Doris never apologized for anything she did wrong and always had an attitude. She got defensive when I showed her the wrong things and never tried to do better. We let her go after 3 weeks.
