I also do my best to follow the parents rules on discipline, food, naps, etc. I'm really easy going but find children do wonders with boundaries and schedules. We had Teresa over as a date night sitter. As soon as we met her we felt at ease and knew we could trust her with our littles (3.5yr old cave man boy and our sweet 7 month old girl). One of the best and we adore her!
