About Teresa

I have two little girls who go to their other parents half the time. I was an Early Childhood Educator for 5 years at a highly accredited preschool. Due to the stagnant wages and income cap, I recently made a career change into insurance and financial services. I'm still very passionate about developmental psychology and education, which is why I'm studying part-time to become a college professor so that l may instill my philosophies and techniques in other aspiring educators. I have a gift of being able to anticipate the needs of others. I tackle conflict at the root by exercising astuteness in order to teach problem solving skills. Something that sets me apart from other caregivers is that I strive to continuously generate enticing activities that enhance stimulation and development. I do this through open-ended, child-led play!
