I'm in the process of getting a biology teaching credential. My passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families led me to this profession. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn. I draw from my experience in substituting all ages elementary school, primarily kindergarten, for good management in childcare and multitasking. I'm a childcare provider with three years of experience. I easily connect with children and build trusting relationships with them. I ensure open communication with parents with regular updates about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I have experience enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured routine. I have full time childcare experience with my nieces and nephews as they've grown. I like playing games with children like outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I have a college degree in biology. I have experience in nursing homes. Fluent in English and Spanish.
