I have 10 years of experience with Parkinsons/Dementia Disease as well as end of life care. Alongside my caregiving skills, I used my personal training skills to provide comfort to my clients, which included stretching, exercising, massaging and foam rolling to reduce inflammation caused by Arthritis, long periods of sitting or lieing down.
