Terry is a very caring, gentle and down to earth person. She was responsible for picking up my 8 year old son from school and bringing him home and watching him until we returned from work. She played with him and was very receptive to his interests. They had fun together. She also encouraged him to make healthy food choices like eating fruits. She is very punctual and proactive with her communication, including early communication of any time she may need off.
