Thalita is wonderful! She started working for us this summer in a nanny share when our caregiver had to quit due to a family emergency. Thalita had our two boys, we are neighbors, 8 and 7 out and about DC in no time! We asked her to make their last few weeks of summer count and have fun and she sure did! They started complaining about too much pool time! Way to go Thalita! She would consult with them in what they might want to do that day, pack their lunches and we sometimes wouldn't see them until 5 pm! Tired and exhausted from fun and sun! We couldn't have been happier.
