I recently completed my second year of law school at UT. I am originally from Houston, TX. I have babysat here and there for family since I was about 12. I was a managing RA in college so I understand a good deal about crisis management and generally how to keep life in order. I have worked with kids in a number of informal teaching/mentoring capacities. Including, volunteering with a nursery/child care group for new mothers. I completed Child Protection Training about a year ago ( it was renewed from previously receiving such training in high school and college), that was necessary for teaching Houston ISD students during the summer. I am newly CPR/AED/First Aid certified through CPR Resources. Note: As a part of being allowed to pursue my law degree and my most recent job working at the Office I have undergone very extensive background checks and finger printing within the last few months, hence not opting into/paying for the background checks on care. com
